I am running for the International Executive Board because I believe our Federation is strongest when its leadership reflects the broad range of experiences and perspectives found throughout our locals. As an active Secretary-Treasurer, I understand the day-to-day realities of managing budgets, serving members, meeting reporting requirements, and addressing the challenges that locals of all sizes face. I also bring experience in legislative advocacy and deep commitment to protecting musicians in an increasingly complex environment.

I believe the goals we set for our Federation should be ambitious, but they must also be practical, achievable, and developed in partnership with the local officers responsible for carrying them out. We accomplish more through collaboration than through mandates, and we build a strong Federation when local leaders feel supported, respected, and empowered to succeed. I am running to bring a constructive voice to the Board—one that values communication, transparency, and solutions grounded in real-world experience. I am committed to working with fellow leaders, listening to diverse viewpoints, and helping ensure that every local and every member has a voice in shaping the future of our union.
